The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 417 and 376 of IPC in Cr.No.18 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Whileso, on 25.08.2022, the petitioner has married the defacto complainant forcible and had sexual intercourse with her. Hence, the case.

3. This Court by an order dated 12.12.2022 has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. When the matter is taken up today for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner and the defacto complainant were reunited.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is closed.
