The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e., Cross massage in the name and style of "Orange Day Ayurvedic Treatment Center & SPA"
2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as on date, no representation was received by the second respondent Police.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court dispose of this petition with a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent. On receiving such representation, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation in the manner known to law.
