This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in the Cr.No.260 of 2015 on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 29.05.2015 and to investigate the matter and to submit a final 1/3

report within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case was completed and final report was filed stating that the complaint is not true and suffers from mistake of fact. RCS notice in RCS No.17 of 2017 was served on the complainant, even on 20.11.2017.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the final report was filed in this case on the ground of mistake of fact, the directions sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09.12.2022 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order ep 2/3
