This petition has been filed to relax the condition order dated 25.08.2023 conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders passed in anticipatory bail order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19419 of 2023 in Cr.No.297 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned trial Court as and when required for interrogation.
