The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the first respondent herein to register the Sale Deed of the property measuring an extent of 2388 sq.ft., (5 cent 210 sq.ft) in site No.24 comprised in G.S.No.497/2A and 498/1A, at Chikkathasampalayam Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Metuppalayam Sub-Registration District, Coimbatore Registration District, to be executed by the petitioner in favour of the third respondent herein.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away in the year 2023.
