This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.12632 of 2023 on 18.07.2023 that the petitioner/accused shall be reported before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for POCSO cases at Cuddalore, weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the examination of the de-facto complainant / victim child and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
