JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.Velmurugan J.) This appeal has been filed to set aside the impugned order of this Court dated 01.07.2024 passed in Arb.OP (Comm.Div.) No.223 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and therefore, he is not pressing this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant on record, this appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court and the appellant is entitled for the Court fee as per rules. No costs.
