Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate, takes for the Respondents and has filed a memo stating that the concerned authority for issuance of patta for the property claimed by the Petitioner falls within the jurisdiction of the Settlement Tahsildar, Pallavaram and not under the Third Respondent in this Writ Petition.

In view of the same, Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make proper application before the concerned authority and workout his remedy in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
