Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Commissioner, HR & CE, the First Respondent herein to attorn the tenancy in respect of shops "Shri Akshaya Pathira Kadai" bearing door No. 27 and "Om Sakthi Electronics and Enterprise" bearing door No. 27/1 at Kavarai Street, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, in favour of the Petitioner on a monthly rent that may be fixed by the HR & CE and allow the Petitioner to run the shops as hitherto run by him.
