PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Sub Inspector of Police, E2 Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore City to investigate the FIR in Crime No.965/2022 registered by the respondent for the offence under Section 381 of the IPC and file the final report as required under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. This petition is filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.965 of 2022 dated 15.08.2022 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame.
