Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiotarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in ProcNo.Rc.SER-I(4)/3037/2004-1 dated 03.08.2004 and quash the same, and direct the second respondent to declare the probation of the petitioner as Deputy Collector, so as to enable the government to consider the petitioner for further promotion as District Revenue Officer.
