This Application has been filed to confirm the sale of property House, ground and premises measuring to an extent of 590 sq.ft. together with Ground and first floor building situated at the rear side of the property at Door No.16, (Old Door No.25), Ramamurthy Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai- 600 024 comprised in T.S.No.6/1 (As per Document No.774 of 1980 and 1177 of 1985) T.S.No.6/17 (As per Patta dated 11.12.81), Block No.9, situated in No.109 Puliyur Village, Chennai, in favour of M.Mohammed Ibrahim, for a sum of Rs.45,65,000/- mentioned in the Schedule -C hereunder or the property may be brought for another auction sale.

2. I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Assignee upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.

3. In fine, in the interest of justice, this court confirms the sale of property House, ground and premises measuring to an extent of 590 sq.ft. together with Ground and first floor building situated at the rear side of the property at Door

Gba Chennai- 600 024 comprised in T.S.No.6/1 (As per Document No.774 of 1980 and 1177 of 1985) T.S.No.6/17 (As per Patta dated 11.12.81), Block No.9, situated in No.109 Puliyur Village, Chennai, in favour of M.Mohammed Ibrahim, for a sum of Rs.45,65,000/- mentioned in the Schedule -C hereunder as indicated by the Official Assignee.
