This Application has been filed to approve the highest offer for sale of the articles lying at the business premises of the insolvent for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) in favour of M/s. Sivanya Traders.

2. I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Assignee upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.

3. In fine, this court approves the highest offer for sale of the articles lying at the business offer for sale of the articles lying at the business premises of the insolvent for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) in favour of M/s.Sivanya Traders as indicated by the Official Assignee.
