These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased the 5th petitioner viz., (1)Anitha, (daughter) the proposed 8th petitioner/ 8th petitioner in CRP No.443 of 2021.

2.Heard both sides and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and being satisfied with the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petitions is orderd as prayed for and the legal heir of the deceased the 5th petitioner as the proposed 8th petitioner/ 8th petitioner in the above CRP.

4.Registry is directed to make necessary amendments to the cause title and post the main C.R.Ps. and post the same on 06.08.2024.
