This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners in the place of original petitioner Late M.Kalaiselvi in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support o the petition, this petition stands allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
