This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1263 days in paying deficit court fee for Rs.8135/- in C.M.A.SR.No.47881 of 2021 against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.3367 of 2012 dated 14.11.2017 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum 4th Small Causes Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
