This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 949 days in representation the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.47881 of 2021 against the Judgment and Decree made in MCOP No.3367 of 2012 dated 14.11.2017 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum 4th Court of Small Causes Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
