O R D E R
The petition is to quash the FIR for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 & 468 of IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it is a case of civil transaction and the petitioners are not liable to pay any money to the 2nd respondent.
3. The points raised by the petitioners are factual in nature and it has to be investigated by the respondent police. Hence, this quash petition cannot be entertained on the said points and is liable to be dismissed.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
5. Since the case is pending from the year 2019, the respondent police is directed to investigate and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 07.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No shr 2/4
