This application has been filed to grant extension of time for executing bond.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and taking note of the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, two weeks time is extended to execute the bond on condition that the applicants shall pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Concillation Centre, High Court, Madras within a period of one week.

The application is ordered accordingly.
