Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Rc.No.E-634398/NGB.III(1)/2022 dated 30.08.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to reinstate the petitioner back into service as Grade I Police Constable in the 3rd respondent office.

O R D E R

The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 30.08.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner back into service as Grade I Police Constable in the 3rd respondent-Office.

2. In continuation to the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18100 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023, the petitioners Appeal dated 05.04.2023 was rejected by the 2nd respondent herein.

3. Though the petitioner has raised several grounds challenging the order of the 2nd respondent herein dated 30.08.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if liberty granted to him to file an Appeal before the 1st respondent herein.

4. In consideration of such submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an Appeal before the 1st respondent against the order dated 30.08.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
