This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner by the Court in Crl.O.P.No.26615 of 2022 on 03.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for an another period of three months.
