All the Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking anticipatory bail by the petitioner in four separate calendar cases, which are now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kancheepuram. They are: (i) C.C.No. 97 of 2020, (ii) C.C.No. 125 of 2020, (iii) C.C.No. 108 of 2020 and (iv) C.C.No.

113 of 2020.

2. I am not able to understand as to how these petitions are maintainable as NBWs have been issued by the courts.

These Petitions stand dismissed.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kancheepuram.

The interim protection already granted stand vacated.
