The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused were tried and acquitted in C.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Panruti, Cuddalore by the Judgement dated 01.10.2021 which has been challenged in this quash petition.

2. In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
