This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26569 of 2022 order dated 02.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
