ORDER

This Petition has been filed to issue suitable direction to the respondent police to take further action in the above complaint of the petition dated 17.10.2019 the complaint against the offender as per the law and deal with her according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent has submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was closed.

4. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
