ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the plaintiff and he has filed a suit in O.S.No.167 of 2022 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Thiruvottiyur 1/3

against the defendants 1 to 3 for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Records perused. On perusal of records,it reveals that already P.W.1 appeared to give evidence, but the defendants purposely dragging on the proceedings due to the pendency of Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and as on date, no stay granted in the Tr.C.M.P. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial as there is no stay and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
