This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2022, passed in Crl.O.P.No.21620 of 2022, i.e., "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
