The miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the name of 4th respondents School in the cause title to W.P.No.6996 of 2013 as St.Brittos Matriculation Hr. Sec. School instead of St. Thomas Matriculation Hr. Sec. School.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 that the present name of the school is St.Brittos Marticulation Higher Secondary School.

3. The respondents 1 and 2 have no objection for allowing the W.M.P.No.33670 of 2017 and this Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the main writ petition on 31.01.2020 for filing counter and disposal.
