This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 355 days in filing the petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 30.10.2018 made in W.P.No.6747 of 2015 and to restore the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, who has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, has no objection for allowing this petition, this petition is ordered and W.P.No.6747 of 2015 is restored to the file of this Court.
