This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit him to take notice to the proposed defendants 15 to 17 who are the legal heirs of the deceased 7th defendant by substituted service through paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" in Tamily daily Chennai edition in the above suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 08.12.2023. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3. List the matter on 08.12.2023.
