This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) by an order dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19447 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
