These two applications are filed by the first and fourth defendants, respectively, to condone the delay of 11 and 27 days, respectively, in filing the respective written statement. On instructions, learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that he has no objection to these applications being allowed.
2. Upon examining the respective affidavit in support and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to receive the written statement and place a note with regard to the status of service of suit summons on the fifth and sixth defendants.
