2.Today, it is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 that the appeal of the petitioner has been disposed of by the 1st respondent/District Collector, Krishnagiri on 22.11.2019. 3.In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner herein to challenge the order passed by the 1st respondent in accordance with law. No costs.
