This petition is filed to grant leave to permit the petitioner to file a review petition SR.No.139196 of 2019 order dated 17.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26859 of 2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.The petitioner/3rd party has filed this petition to grant leave to file the review petition on the ground that K.M.Ahmedhullah Badsa/writ petitioner died in the year 2014 and somebody has impersonated him, filed the writ petition and got an order of this Court. Since serious allegation of fraud and impersonation been made, to give adequate hearing of the petitioner, this petition is allowed.
