By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to engage the services of ITCOT Consultancy Services Limited and to make payments in respect of such services from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.

2. Memo dated 26.09.2025 has been filed stating that ITCOT completed the valuation in respect of the 15 projects described therein and has raised invoices for the total sum of Rs.7,88,239.70/-. These bills have been raised on the basis of rates previously fixed in this regard. Therefore, the Official Liquidator is permitted to make the payment of the sum of Rs.7,88,239.70/- to ITCOT Consultancy Services Limited from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.
