The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 07.09.2018 in W.P.No.15980 of 2017 has been complied with. In this regard, the District Educational Officer, Arni, passed an order in proceedings dated 03.12.2019.

2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
