This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for execution of the sureties by an order dated 29.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20024 of 2023 as the name of the Court was given incorrectly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall execute the sureties before the concerned Court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
