This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17437 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates except unforeseen circumstances.
