ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the husband seeking production of the detenus who are none other than the wife and the children.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the children are studying in boarding school. The wife is staying at the Baba Temple, Nellore. These facts are known to the petitioner who wants the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

presence of his wife for the purpose of initiating the divorce proceedings.

3. In the light of the aforesaid submission, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
