Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2019 in connection with releasing of his land bearing R.S.No.59, situated at Pooranankuppam revenue village from land reforms proceedings and to issue GLR (Guide Line Value) value thereby facilitating him to alienate the land.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2019 in connection with releasing of his land bearing R.S.No.59, situated at Pooranankuppam revenue village from land reforms proceedings and to issue GLR (Guide Line Value) value thereby facilitating him to alienate the land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard Mr.Prakash Adiyapadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2019, and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
