2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.297 of 2019 on 10.11.2019 under Sections 294 (b), 427, 323, 506(i) of IPC.
