C.M.P.No.321 of 2024 in S.A.No.12 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J., The above Petition is filed to stay all further proceedings of Judgement and Decree Dated 09.03.2023 passed in A.S.No.26 of 2022 on the file of Hon'ble Subordinate Judge, Katpadi, and reversing the Judgement and Decree Dated 17.03.2022 passed by the District Munsiff Court, Katpadi.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Petition stating that he would file a proper Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting permission to the Petitioner to file a proper Petition.
