When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and an endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Writ petition today.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
