O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the letter No. HR4/23911/92 dated 27.7.1999 on the file of the first respondent and for a direction to the first respondent to execute the Sale Deed of the house bearing no. HIG 123, Phase VIII, Hosur, Dharmapuri District allotted to the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she was alloted HIG flat on 24.09.1992. The first respondent in his impugned order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 27.7.1999, instead of issuing the sale deed has fixed capitalisation interest and asked the petitioner to remit the developments costs.

3. Aggrieved by the said action, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the sale deed was already executed and released in favour of the petitioner and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

6. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
