Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted further time of one week to file an affidavit to contest that encroachments have not been removed.

If the affidavit is not filed within a week, no further opportunity would be given, because, as per the status report given by learned State Government Pleader, all the encroachments have been removed.
