Crl.M.P.No.18475 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26848 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26848 of 2022 dated 03.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition for a period of three days only.

3. In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
