When the civil revision petition came up for hearing on 12.09.2022, there was no representation for the revision petitioner and hence the Registry was directed to post this matter under the caption "for dismissal' on 13.09.2022. Even today, i.e., 13.09.2022, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent is present.

2. In view of the same, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
