The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records on the file of respondent issued in Proceedings No.A4/ThaPa.No.24/17 Ani order 762/17 dated 1.12.2017 served on 7.12.2017 and quash the same and pass such further or other orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
