This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21935 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023 by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
