The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that a mistake has crept in paragraph No.6 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the paragraph No.6 of the order dated 11.12.2023 is to be read as follows:
"6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, on condition that the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further conditions that:"

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 11.12.2023 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 22.12.2023 ata 2/3
